Yes. Another thing: How do I know it's him? The IP of the editor matches up precisely with previously recorded posts which I KNOW were made by him. As such said IP has been blocked.

I have the ability to undo site deletion / admin deletion. Though, I'm not going to. It's as simple as hitting "register", and then me making you an admin again..
